I've been here since 2012 so believe me when I say it's a great facility. The staff, management and owner are always helpful and nice. 24 hour camera surveillance everywhere so rest assured your stuff is in a safe place.
I’ve had an amazing customer experienceat City Storage of Van Nuys for 14 years! I moved a ninety-mile round trip away two years ago, and regrettably, it’s time for me to rent a storage facility that is more mileage-feasible. Steve, the owner, Eddie, Jasmine, Fabiola, Christian, and Nancy are way above the fray in providing exceptional customer service.(Not quite what I’m experiencing in my new hometown…🥹) The facility is clean, secure, and very well managed. I highly recommend City Storage of Van Nuys—they are 5 Star!
