Went to this place to ask for a quote for a small storage unit and received the worst customer service ever. Obviously I didn’t get the unit for that reason. The guy that was in the front desk had a horrible attitude. He looked like he didn’t want to be. At one point he even rolled his eyes at me. Someone please teach that guy some customer service etiquette or get someone that actually wants to work there.

Straight to the point. No hidden fees. Great deals. Solid customer service.
I've been here since 2012 so believe me when I say it's a great facility. The staff, management and owner are always helpful and nice. 24 hour camera surveillance everywhere so rest assured your stuff is in a safe place.
