This salon needs Tabatha from Tabatha's Salon Takeover!!! – Hair Bleaching/Toning: I asked for the roots to be touched up only. I have been bleaching my hair and toning it for over 10 years and purchasing all my products at Sally’s Beauty Supply. PLEASE STAY AWAY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! – A few months ago I was in Burbank with my daughter and while we were walking, we chanced upon this place. There was an ad outside saying that facials are only $60 so i decided to give it a try. I went in and 2 ladies came out (I think they were mother and daughter) and said they'll do the facial and they will also give me an eyebrow wax since they said I need one and they do it really good. Avoid this salon – I have minimum requirement for haircut. Just make it short and neat. The ladies work in this place is not polite, constantly complain me wasting her time by not telling her exactly how show I want, which I had said several times in the beginning. When it comes to pay, they demanded the tip and demand the tip must be in cash! I have not problem with paying cash and I usually gave good tip, but not being demanded! I don't owe them. Ummm..not quite the spa – Watch out for THEIR "SPECIAL HAIRCUT". Maybe I misread their advertisement board, but what claimed to be a almost $15 woman's haircut, turned out to be a almost $60 NOT so SPECIAL HAIRCUT. If a had only known, I would have gone to an better salon that was worth it. Never again! Anyone know of a great stylist in the Burbank area?
