I went on both the Central Park run with Lindsay and the Twin Bridges run with Holly. They were both SO MUCH FUN!! I highly recommend adding City Fit Tours to your itinerary--you won't be disappointed!!
The guide was not accommodating of all paces (sometimes running past without looking back). We are not runners, but certainly active people and were looking for a fun activity to see the city. Only one other person was at the tour so we felt that the pace could have been more casual. No stretches were provided at beginning. Tour was unplanned and route taken at random so the mileage and times provided were inaccurate. Though it pains me to leave such a bad review, I truthfully cannot recommend this tour in good conscience.
My husband and I did the Central Park tour one day and the 2 Bridges tour the next day. Both were fantastic. Maggie, Tara and Holly were our guides. They were friendly, energetic and offered lots of interesting tidbits about nyc. They matched our running pace and allowed for stops along the way to take pictures. Highly recommend. A great way to experience nyc! Thanks!
We did the yoga walk at Central Park. Our tour guide was relaxed and personable and found fun and accessible places for us to do some yoga. We learned some interesting things about the park and started the day off right. Definitely recommend!
