After taking a nose dive off a horse last year, I called Jason. I wasn't sure at first what rolfing could do to help, but trusted Jason, and was in pain on a Sunday, and he was happy to help. He did gentle stretching, manipulating, and generally helped tremendously. My neck had been hurting and giving me a headache and my body felt twisted. I walked out feeling much improved, no headache, no neck pain, and think I recovered much quicker than if I had tried to wait it out.
