I am extremely disappointed with my experience at City Road Medical Centre. My daughter was seen at the surgery when she was unwell with vomiting. During that appointment, both myself and my husband explained that we had been due to travel that morning but had cancelled our holiday because of her illness. The GP verbally agreed at the time that cancelling was the right decision. However, this discussion was not documented in the clinical notes.
