I had my first appointment where I had a great experience from the receptionist to dr. shabir. excellent and super respectful staff members. Dr. Shabir is an excellent communicater and a super understanding. I'm great full to have you as a GP. Great service.

Excellent doctor and staff. I recently moved to Smethwick and my whole register here with City Medical Center, we got best response, good communication and personal guidance. Staff are cooperative and happy to help behaviour. Doctor and nurses are amazing too. They did 1st follow-up for health checkup and so on in 1st week of registration without asking. Great service.
