Very slow repair service with little communication. They picked up my elderly father's mower 2 weeks ago. After 1 week Dad called about when he'd get his mower back. City Powerspots told him it would be the beginning of the week. Beginning of the week, no mower, no call from City Powersports. Dad has called EVER day, only to be told it would be back by the end of the week. It is Fri, no mower no communication. Seems they may be taking advantage of an octogenarian.
Bought a new mower from them. It started leaking oil so called to talk to guy we had ok purchased it from. He was no longer working there so started talking to another person. They agreed to come pick up mower and asked that we pay 50.00 for him to come get it. We agreed to this. We hadn't heard anything from them about mower. Tried calling with no answer and then my boyfriend stops there to check on mower. Our mower wasnt done and was sitting outside. We never leave it set outside.
