City pool arranged for a quote on Saturday morning for which I cancelled other arrangements. They did not inform me of any schedule changes and when we reached out one hour after their scheduled time - they gave me another time that day which they again cancelled. Then when I asked for a time on another date - almost immediately after - they didn't respond to me any further. I won't say who it was but his name starts with H. Extremely irresponsible. Morning shows the day..
