It was Easter Sunday when my hot water heater started leaking. I contacted City Point expecting "Sorry, it's Easter Sunday". Explained my situation and was pleasantly surprised when I was told "I'll call you right back" and they did advising that a representative should be there in about an hour. When the technician came he advised that it was worse than we thought. I needed a new water heater. Mike scoured the country to find a replacement. NONE available. Mike and his team were on time. They did a great job hooking up my new generator. Fair price and friendly team. Very pleasant to deal with. For sure I would recommend them.

This company always responds promptly to my plumbing emergencies. The technicians are neat and the prices are fair. They provide honest advice and recommendations. No one likes to have to call a plumber, but if you need one this right company to call. Well done Jeremy!

I had a water pipe suddenly burst and start leaking bad. City Point was the only company who cared enough to make the effort to come out late and help us with our emergency outage without an appointment. Their crew was extremely professional and very respectful. I was very impressed and will be having them do some more work for us in the near future because of it. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Outstanding service. I've needed City Point Plumbing and HVAC twice so far and couldn't be happier with their professionalism. The first time I needed them was on Christmas Eve. They were the only Plumbing company to respond to my emergency. After that, I knew who I'd be using in the future. Hands down, the best around.
