In the midst of a recent heat wave, I had a non-emergency issue in my master bathroom. First there was no cold water and then a few hours later, no hot water. The young man Ethan came to install our hot water heater today. I called the company this morning left a message, received a call back 2 minutes after my message. Set up appointment, had a phone call Ethan was about an hour out. When he arrived he went straight to work, explaining everything to my husband. Very professional, courteous, friendly. Ethan was done in a very short amount of time. Will call Citi Point Plumbing in Hopewell, Va. should we need to again. Reasonable pricing. Thank You
It was Easter Sunday when my hot water heater started leaking. I contacted City Point expecting "Sorry, it's Easter Sunday". Explained my situation and was pleasantly surprised when I was told "I'll call you right back" and they did advising that a representative should be there in about an hour. Mike and his team were on time. They did a great job hooking up my new generator. Fair price and friendly team. Very pleasant to deal with. For sure I would recommend them.
