This is the dirtiest room I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. Mould in kitchen and bathroom, sticky floors, unclean and no assistance from staff. I booked and paid for two nights, but the place was so dirty that I left after the first night. Although I tried to contact them on the day I arrived and the next morning to complain, I got no response until after leaving. Fantastic location right next to Southern Cross Station. Tram stop at the front door and so near many things like the Stadium, supermarket, convention centre and Crown Casino. Well maintained heritage building with great facilities!
