The techs were on time and professional. Before they came I took pictures of the failing unit that needed to be replaced. They arrived with the new unit and had it installed in an hour. They also took the old unit away.
Tom jr. & Jeremy were policy, professional and timely. They took the time to explain the issue and how to operate the hot water tank. I highly recommend City Plumbing of South Jersey.
City Plumbing is the best. Within 5 min of leaving a voicemail, I received a text. They set up “emergency “ service and were out to the house within a couple hours. Joe L. and Joe Roll were great. They were professional, efficient, identified and resolved the issue, and gave maintenance suggestions. Thanks guys and thanks Coty Plumbing!
