Wanted a quote on replacing a water heater. Gave them the size and model number of mine and he verified. If they carry an equivalent which they did. Ask for a ball park price which he said he could've until someone came out and verified everything. Got a man in the village and he can come out and quote in a few hours. I said sure, send hime over. Another rip-off in Hot Springs Village! These clowns charged me $331+ for hooking up my back flow valve and turning my sprinkler system on. They claimed an O ring was missing from the valve, but just happened to have a $42 piece of plastic that would fit. Had called earlier and made an appointment, but they never called or showed on appointment day. After an email from me, they showed up promptly.
