Scheduled an a.c servicing. They attempted to show up with no one home. As well as without tools. They asked if we had the tools at the house. I responded and told them we didn't, they proceeded to search around for them anyways.

My sewer backed up last night and I called City Plumbing at 8 AM and talk to the lady who said the guys would call me back. I waited until 3:30. I called back and she said she'd talk to the guys and was surprised that they hadn't called. With no call returned, I called back AGAIN at 4:30 and talked to the guy who was extremely rude, cussed, and said it wasn't happening today because "I was just put on the list". Very disappointed in their professionalism!
