Friendly and knowledgeable staff, prices is better than the big box stores. Easy access. If you know what you want you can go behind the counter and get it and they are there to help out if you’re unsure.
Mike Kimbrough at CPE Counter Sales in Franklin went above and beyond to help find a solution for a shower install problem we encountered when we ordered from a large box store. He was professional and solution oriented. He personally helped find a way to safely load the correctly sized ensemble side shower panels in a 2 door Jeep so that we could complete the project.
