I called City Plumbing counter sales last week after speaking to Amy in Bradford Whites warranty department regarding extended warranty on my BW water heater. Bradford White representative Amy provided me with the correct part number to extend warranty out two years and four years. I provided City Plumbing sales counter the part number for the four year extended warranty because they did not offer the two year extension and I was quoted me $276 to extend my water heaters warranty four more years over manufacture warranty. Well, it’s probably not their fault but Google maps says it’s open on Saturday and it’s not. I just drove 70 miles to a store that’s closed not cities fault Google’s fault probably.
