I took in a leaking hose/well attachment for a faucet. J. Braddock not only found the right parts but proceeded to remove old parts, mount new ones AND test the new connections. You don’t get that service at a big box store! What a blessing he was to me! He didn’t have to do any of that and went over and beyond to help me. THAT is customer service. So thankful for people who still care about their customers. Thank you again!!! Shout out to Jackson who took my pictures from text and said they could help me before I came!

I called City Plumbing counter sales last week after speaking to Amy in Bradford Whites warranty department regarding extended warranty on my BW water heater. Bradford White representative Amy provided me with the correct part number to extend warranty out two years and four years. I provided City Plumbing sales counter the part number for the four year extended warranty because they did not offer the two year extension and I was quoted me $276 to extend my water heaters warranty four more years over manufacture warranty.
