They didn't have the item in stock but assured me several times they could order it in by the next day. I arranged to pick it up and didn't hear from them otherwise. Drove almost an hour round trip only to find it hadn't arrived! It finally arrived the next day. No discount and a weak apology.
I’ve gone in twice in the last two months and both ladies at their desk never looked up from their computers! No hello, how can we help you, absolutely nothing! I walked around looking at light fixtures and appliances (as we are building a house). Walked to the door to leave, still looking at their screens!!! Will not ever go back!!!!
