Kelley is amazing at Jasper City Plumbing! She has helped me over and over this past year with my home renovation and never disappoints. She goes the extra mile and is super knowledgeable and helpful! Their prices are great too!
We used City Plumbing and Electric for plumbing and lighting for our new home. We worked with Melissa and had a wonderful experience. She was helpful, kind and attentive to details. When a fixture we had chosen was discontinued, she notified us immediately and help us find an alternative. Even months after our business was complete, I needed receipts I had misplaced, and she responded quickly providing me with everything I had requested. We had an excellent experience!
I was referred to Melissa to order a free-standing tub, tub filler and shower fixtures for my master bath remodel. I visited the store. She was at lunch so I waited until she was back from lunch only to discover she gave me a sheet of paper with websites to take home with me and to follow back up with her with I was interested in. Parts department: unfriendly, unwelcoming. Seemed like i was a hassle to them for them to help me - this after waiting to finally speak to someone.
Buyer Beware.... I bought my appliances through City Plumbing. I was told what appliances were trustworthy. My refrigerator is a lemon, but City filled it with water bottles, forming a cooler. This kept the temperature steady enough for them to not cover anymore service or a replacement.
