I was referred to Melissa to order a free-standing tub, tub filler and shower fixtures for my master bath remodel. I visited the store. Parts department: unfriendly, unwelcoming. Seemed like i was a hassle to them for them to help me - this after waiting to finally speak to someone.

Buyer Beware.... I bought my appliances through City Plumbing. I was told what appliances were trustworthy. My refrigerator is a lemon, but City filled it with water bottles, forming a cooler. This kept the temperature steady enough for them to not cover anymore service or a replacement.

I worked with Kelley Garrett at City Plumbing & Electric Supply Company in Jasper, GA. She is very knowledgeable, offered great points to consider, and is very patient. I lost count of how many times I stopped by to look at different options as I went back-and-forth, trying to make decisions. Ha! Kelley is very nice, it was a pleasure working with her while building our home. We purchased all plumbing fixtures/accessories and kitchen appliances at CPE. Entire staff was Very Rude and gave the impression they did not care if I purchased or not. After overlooking the attitudes I did purchase and proceded to a loading dock where my things were brought out and left for me to load into my truck with no help or thanks. NEVER AGAIN! I will do without before stepping foot in one of these places!
