My experience with City Plumbing and Rooter has been nothing short of excellent and I highly recommend them! Kevin V. came out and he was friendly, professional, and did a great job on everything he worked on. He really put care and attention into his work and was just awesome all around. The office staff was also friendly and helpful. All in all, this was a great experience, and I will definitely be turning to them again for future plumbing needs.
I had no idea where to start with finding a good plumber, but I called this place because it had such good reviews online, and now I see why! Frances was such a delight - I called in the morning with an urgent bathroom drain issue, she stayed in touch with me throughout the day to let me know when the guys could squeeze me in on such short notice. Our kitchen sink was seriously clogged, so I called City Plumbing for help. They sent David D out that same afternoon. He spent 3+ hours using different snakes and augering our pipes until it unclogged. He was professional, followed covid-19 protocols, and did a great job. We will be using City Plumbing for our upcoming kitchen remodel. Thanks David!
