I have used Pleasant Plumbers a couple of times now for the properties I manage and they have been amazing! Perfect communication, very flexible and great to deal with in general! Highly recommend!
I had Chris out from pleasant plumbers. Had a broken boiler in W1 Mayfair. They came out and diagnosed the fault. The office arranged for the fan assembly within one hour. Chris went to pick it up and came back and fitted the part and everything was sorted in a timely manner
I had low boiler pressure, late on a Sunday evening, and Ash was just brilliant. He was patient, helpful, thorough and fixed the issue. I cannot recommend him / Pleasant Plumbers highly enough. Good and honest plumbers aren't that easy to find, but if you need help, call Pleasant Plumbers. I shall use them again, and will recommend them as and where I can. Thanks again Ash
Great service They tried to help for free over FaceTime to help me save me time but also money. When they came in, they were not trying to maximize the hours. I was explained everything along the way and the plumbers made the best efforts to resolve my issue, though it turned out to be a dishwasher problem which needs to be fixed by the company.
