Called Pleasant Plumbers at 8am on Sunday. They tried to guide me to fix a broken stop cock, they helped me turn off the mains supply which I couldn't initially find but they happily helped me and were patient whilst I looked for it in my front garden. They came and repaired it and clear the water from our house. Amazing service and attention.
Gary came and installed our new boiler, there were a few issues with Boxt as their website was quite hard to use but Ash did the survey over video call in 5 minutes - I didn't know half the questions Boxt asked so just being told where to show on the camera was a breeze. Boiler installed the next day by Gary, arrived promptly and even hoovered up afterwards - outstanding.
