Nurse stuck an I.V straight into my hand and the workers were very unhelpful. I won’t be back and won’t reccomend it to anybody.
I truly don't know how this has any negative review. The place was outstanding! It is warm, welcoming and most important CLEAN! The check in process was great. Front staff friendly and professional. Dr Parks (anestetiologist) was so good and patient with me. I am deathly afraid of needles. Then Dr Lang did awesome with my surgery. My nurses were super sweet and I felt they went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of! I highly recommend the place!
Check in was a little stuffy no personality Everyone in back was awesome. I would use again if I had to. Thank you.
Prop nurse was sick and nose running. The post op nurse didn’t plug the warmer blanket in. I kept complaining I was so cold and kept saying you shouldn’t be. After shaking cold for awhile I finally got another nurse and she said oh it’s because it’s not plugged in. Didn’t ask how I was if she could bring me anything other than a drink.
All the people at surgery center were very nice. My insurance paid more than surgery center estimated. I was issued a refund of the difference. Happy with service there.
