I’ve been a patron at City Cellar for the past 6 years. They have changed management every couple years and the past management such as Vincent, Kevin, Vince, Jordan, Brittany & Kyle have also been so accommodating up until recently with the new management. JESSICA the general manager not only gives off unwelcoming vibes, but it also looks like she hates her job. Nick took care of me and my girl when we came there for dinner. The charcuterie board was phenomenal, along with the entrees as well. Will definitely be coming back !
It was so hot inside the restaurant, and for dinner reason there were mosquitos inside so I got bitten up. The food was akin to girl banquet fare, nothing to return for but nothing you can really complain about. It's just meh. I used to like this place but I think that the food quality has gone down a bit, the AC isn't working, which for some reason plagues restaurants in this area, particularly, was we now call Rosemary squar. I love City Cellar, but Jessica, general manager, is incredibly rude, dismissive and clearly hates her job. As a customer, she made me feel unwelcome. Even when you greet her with a good afternoon, she will sneer and treat you with distain. I don’t understand how she has kept her position for this long. However, the food and service is excellent. I recommend the fusilli pasta and the steaks frites.
