Beware of upselling, poor transparency, and dismissive treatment. My 2004 Dodge Durango (under 30,000 original miles) was quoted for new rotors/brakes. When I came in and asked to see the rotors, there was no damage; the story changed to “wait ~10k miles.” I also asked to be called when the “new transmission” arrived so I could inspect it—no call; I was told they “didn’t have time.” Despite paying over $4,000, the transmission is still throwing codes.
