Terrible service and do not honor the sticker price, when you go to pay, instead of charging the sticker price they just charge you an outrageous price and when you point it to them, they argue that you don't know anything. Sad part we have been going to this place for years and in the past month they switch staff and is a complete disaster. Not going there no more. They are rude and disrespectful of the customer. Worse store ever.
Great selection on fish livestock, prices are reasonable. Store owners are knowledgeable, but you should be doing research prior to purchasing anything from here(and that stands true for most other pet shops). Overall I really enjoy coming by this place.
Very cool store! Very clean, the staff is wonderful!!
I would recommend this store to everyone!!!! Friendly service and good deals. I drive 40 minutes out of my way, just because they have the best service out of all the pet stores that I have been to in the Houston area.
