Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I found this used auto parts supplier to be unreliable and dishonest in my dealings with them. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others exercise caution and consider alternative suppliers.
Did not have the parts i required but went out of his way and sent me elsewhere, bloody champion . Highly recomend
Lachlan was amazing. He listened and understood what I needed. He was professional and so helpful. Part arrived straight away and they were $1000 cheaper than other quotes. I am back on the road now and a very happy customer.
Ordered a tow bar and paid over the phone on a Friday and explained I’d be down the following Wednesday to collect. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem,phoned on the Monday to confirm and was told everything was good to go,drive 2 hours to collect it and was told it still hasn’t been removed from the car in their yard. I have been told they have refunded me the money but who knows if that’s the truth aswell as it could be 5 to 10 days before it hits our account,time will tell I guess.
