Drove 3 hours to pick up an AC compressor, they gave me the complete wrong part and refused to swap it out until the next day because “the boys have sat down for the day and I can’t get them up again”. We had to find accommodation and stay in Brisbane overnight, and they refused to even acknowledge the fact that they completely wasted our time. Will not be coming back.
Absolutely fantastic, Shane is very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help me as a first time purchaser from City Parts. Would recommend for everyone . Thanks Shane
