Would have booked this place if the woman who answered the phone wasn’t so damned rude. Is she that rude to everyone or am I just special?
Dreadful reception staff threatened me because the key was stuck, the tv wasn't working and she didn't want to fix it and if I kept asking for help she would kick me out DON'T GO THERE SHE IS HORRIBLE
