Clearly the room hasn't been cleaned and dusted in days! The sheets were stained and yellow. There was mold in different parts of the room. The phone had half of the buttons missing and covered with dust. The room smelled awful. Definitely never going back again and I really hope someone shuts down this place!
Staff were friendly enough, polite, we didn’t see them much. Not sure about other rooms in facility but the room we were allocated was a decent size, hot water was great, comfortable bed however the room had a terrible smell, smelt humid, carpet was filthy and wet in some areas of the room, tv did not work, phone had missing buttons, remote held together with sticky tape, shower was dirty, with left over hair from previous people, shower curtain was dirty and moldy, there was mold on room windows and we even found a mushroom... read more
Most caring, attentive and accomodating staff. Every stay that I have had has been more than satisfactory, as they go above and beyond to meet my needs. They are located in the heart of kings way and is a super easy location to get to. Their prices are unbeatable as they accommodate to your needs and time. They assist as much as they possibly can, even at last moment requests. I would highly recommend everyone to come and stay as they are one of the very few places who care for their customers.
