Most caring, attentive and accomodating staff. Every stay that I have had has been more than satisfactory, as they go above and beyond to meet my needs. They are located in the heart of kings way and is a super easy location to get to. Their prices are unbeatable as they accommodate to your needs and time. They assist as much as they possibly can, even at last moment requests. I would highly recommend everyone to come and stay as they are one of the very few places who care for their customers. Positive: The shower was good and the bed comfortable. Location very good. Negative: the hotel is old, no revitalization. Cleaning was not did properly. Bathroom floor was dirty some parts and too much dust on the room carpet, around the bed. There was a dirty cotton swab behind the bedside table (picture) when I arrived. Staff was rude when I came a Saturday night (11pm) to the hotel. Enough for me. A place that I won’t intend to come back.
The location is good, but the hotel is quite old, the receptionists were rude and impolite, the room wasn't properly cleaned, I don't intend to return and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Lovely customer service. TV not the best, but acceptable. Beds comfortable, old rooms but a very comfortable environment within them.
