POSITIVES: We loved the apartment, the location and decor. Free basement parking also a plus. Option of a lift as well as stairs. Have stayed here on a number of occasions, and always on the side overlooking Victoria Park. Very soundproof with the windows closed, as this side of the building faces busy Gregory Terrace. Expect traffic noise if windows are open. The Roma Street Parklands are amazing for a stroll, jog or picnic and around a 300 metre walk. Lots of amenities there. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Room provided cooking facilities with a full kitchen and has a full laundry. Close enough for us to access both the city and an easy 25 min walk to Suncorp Stadium.
