I have a 2 bed 2 bath in this building and absolutely love it. The floor plan is amazing and the building has so much to offer. Not to mention it’s only 2 minute drive to Palm beach and your in the heart of cityplace downtown west palm
I’ve been living at city palms for over a year now and have no complaints. Neighbours in this building are very kind and it’s a very calm quiet building. You’re in the heart of city place in a prime location. Units are very spacious and not dated and their are a ton of amenities in the building including a dog park which is great for my dog. You can’t find anything better at this price point for what this building has to offer in this location.
Absolutely love it here. Clean, nice, well maintained building in the center of it all.
Staff are very nice and helpful. I moved in about a year ago and I couldn’t be happier.
