My husband and I have been living at City Palms for several years. The building is in a great location; however, most important, other than our apartment is the fabulous staff. Whenever there has been a maintenance issue; it has been addressed immediately. After the problem has been corrected the office follows up with a phone call to be sure that everything was satisfactorily completed. The staff is wonderful; they are warm, caring and considerate. If you live here & Alysha Reyes is your property manager consider yourself LUCKY! I was resident at City Palms for nearly 2 years 8/22 - 4/24 - Alysha works her butt off to make sure the building is safe and glorious.
