When I first met Saul to get a bid for fixing the poor paint job on our newly-purchased home, I could tell immediately that he was very detail-oriented, and would complete work to a high quality. He was not only direct in pointing out all the issues, from un-caulked trims to poor paint coverage, but also clear about how he would make everything right--smooth walls, no gaps along baseboards, etc. Many would have balked at his quoted price, but my gut told me that he was the right person for the job.
