I cannot speak for the quality of their repair service, but I can speak on their customer service. I have been given the run around for weeks on an issue that I'd called about. Each time I was promised a call back right away, never to hear from them. My request was a fairly simple yes or no inquiry, and rather than giving a straight answer one way or another, I have spoken with 3 different people, and they have strung along the conversation for a month+. Professional and friendly staff. Work was completed before quoted date. I was definitely surprised when i received final invoice. It was lower than I expected. I was informed if any changes that needed to be made from origami quote. Will absolutely do business with again!
