City Orthodontics has very nice staff and dentists. They are great with kids and we've enjoyed our visits. They have helped us alot with our sons dental problems.
The 2 and a half years i have been with City Orthodontics they have always made sure i am comfortable and help learn more about my braces while i watch the progress of my teeth straightening. City Orthodontics is a great place to go for braces.
My son sees Dr. Saleh at the Edmonton location and it has always been a wonderful experience. My son has a very difficult case and in the year we have seen Dr. Saleh his teeth have made amazing progress. This is my second child needing orthodontics and i can say that City Orthodontics is completely fair in their pricing.
Worst 2 years of experiences my poor daughter and I endured at this office. I was overcharged on several occasions. Changes in treatment plans constantly. Appliances were always literally falling out. So many staff in and out, either brain dead or plain out RUDE and uneducated. Necessary paperwork that had to be done for my benefits was not, so I had to pay thousands out of my pocket. City orthodontics is a great place to get your braces and your appliances done. They are very gentle and they are different from other orthodontics. Because instead of toys and stuff you get to earn points. By like being on time and having clean teeth. There are also many more ways to earn points.
