I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I called ahead to ask about fixing my retainer (the glue came off), and I was clearly told it would be free of charge. Based on that, I booked an appointment. At the clinic, they fixed the issue and also mentioned they would fix another part of the wire. That was fine but at no point did anyone tell me there would be a cost for that. If they had simply said, “this part will cost $150, do you want us to proceed?” I could have decided.
