So frustrating. Consider going somewhere else if you are not living close. They will not accommodate for even a tiny lateness (within 10 mins). Wish I had known it earlier.

I'm very happy with my experience at City Orthodontics. I'm currently having an Invisalign treatment, seeing dr Kimos every 3 months. He is amazing, and his staff is always kind, welcoming, and very professional. As a nervous patient, I needed extra support on my first visits that they kindly provided. Dr Kimos was genuinely caring and kind.
