We are new in Canada and I took my first glasses in my life from them in December. NOBODY TOLD me that the guarantee for glasses is 15-30 days and in general how I should handle glasses. In the first week, I got some dots on the lenses, I think it's ok, I only drive a car with glasses, it's okay. A month ago, it seemed to me that fogged glasses are a start, without glasses I see a cleaner picture than with glasses. Tried cleaning to no avail. This location is so helpful and so friendly I wish I had more words to express! Roghy and Leila have accommodated me so well! They helped me pick out beautiful new frames and did not restrict me to just the free glasses I received from OW. These ladies made my whole experience perfect! I will always come back here and i recommend coming here to everyone!
