Had an amazing experience at City Optical. The lady who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive throughout the entire visit. She really took the time to help and made the experience feel easy and welcoming. The location itself is clean, modern, and beautiful inside. Also super convenient with paid street parking available nearby. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for great service and a great selection.
Very friendly staff!!! This is my favourite location because they got a great selection and the stuff are super nice!! They even gave me a free glasses case in my favourite color when I mentioned it 😆😆
Wonderful experience today with my daughter selecting our glasses. Store is bright, clean, modern and spacious. Both staff members were efficient, friendly, kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. We are OW recipients and were treated like any other customer would be and respectfully. Glasses options are beautiful and there is something for everyone! You will not be disappointed. Leila & Inna were so helpful and kind! I popped a tire on the way to fill my prescription and they calmed me right down and provided the best optical service possible. I now have my new glasses and they fit perfectly. With an active lifestyle, I need them to stay put and the ladies at City Optical got me together. Thank you 😊✨
