Lovely great friendly staff.
I tried calling so many times and nobody is picking up!! What can I do to speak to someone?? The phone is calling then someone is closing it!! Seems like staff is very unbothered
Please check your fire alarms as they are hardwired into the electric system and all the residents need to do is check for battery as required. Look at my photos I discovered these at Christmas just gone and there's already been expired and needed to be replaced by the council by April 2024, 8 months out of date and no responsibility taken by the city council for our lives. My housing officer Concetta didn't even care and couldn't care a shit
