Charges outrageous late fees -- $30 to 75 for being even a few days late on water bill, and even if they actually have your check in their hands that proves you paid on time. And they won't bother to call you first to ask where your payment is if they feel you are "late" but WILL drive out to your home and silently leave a late notice on your property where all your neighbors can see it. Elderly? Too bad! Sick? Tough! They don't care. They literally laugh as you cry. Their practices are abusive.

I called several days ago to tell water co that our pressure had been dropping over the last couple months. Within 48 hours they were out to our house, checked pressure on both sides of meter, called us immediately from the field with their findings and now we have a direction in which to focus our efforts. Municipalities don't usually, in my experience, move with anything close to the pace that this water company did. We appreciate the service we receive and all the employees there at the community well! Thank you
