a whole bunch of inept people. They think they own the city and act like emperors. Zero customer service. If they worked for a private company, they would be fired next day. It is impossible to even start services, their boss is clueless :(
2 weeks now and no trash pick up even though it's paid for. This company is committing fraud.
They will not accept your electicity bill
I put my cans down every Monday night. On Mondays that are holidays, trash is delayed 1 day. Knowing this, I put my can down later this week because of Columbus Day. They apparently stopped observing this days without any warning and my can was missed(despite being out by 7am anyway when usually pick-up is around 10am). I called about it and was treated extremely rudely and have to wait 4 days for another pick-up.
