My experience has been great. Friendly, on time and respectfully courteous drivers. Those that complain, probably gripe about everything. Thumbs up Tyler Transit!
I've been riding paratransit for years now. Since changing to the "new system", the quality of the Entire Transit system has bottomed out! No longer are you dropped off anywhere Close to where you might be going! Your dropped off according to the closest bus stop To your destination! You may have to walk a good distance across major roads, highways etc. to Get where you need to go!! The quality of overall customer service has also dropped to a low level. Tyler Transit needs help. I tried to schedule a ride and got dropped 8 times because there was no ride available. I called and it went to an answering machine. So I wasn’t able to go where I wanted. Something needs to be fixed.
The micro system is worth nothing. Drivers pass you up cus you ain't on there route. So someone that schedules a ride way early and still being late for work because two buses pass them right by and couldn't pick them up because they wasn't on their pick route is the riders fault. Wow, guess we know now the owner(s) of the transit can give a flying you know what about the riders. As long as they fill up their pockets that's all that matters, right. Smh, shame in y'all Tyler trains
