I ride the para-transit alot and let me tell you Roger Osgood is the best! All the bus drivers are very nice but Roger is the tops! He is so sweet and friendly and he goes out of his way to help each and every passenger. He is the best! Tyler Transit is blessed to have him as an employee.
Almost impossible to get hold of. Constantly get a recorded message saying how busy they are and get no return call back! Not very reliable!
Grateful for to still have the city buses. Like the new buses that have seat belts,ac,heat, Mobility ramps for the disabled. Thank y'all for providing us with more buses.
It took 2 plus hours to go just 3 miles-it was my first time riding with them, communication was not effective, they mix up passengers and put them on the wrong bus so that you have to back track and get on another bus. Everyone has to go to Bergfield an extra 5 miles the wrong direction in my case it's such a waste of time. The new system clearly does not work and City Hall needs to hire someone with commonsense to design a bus system that can carry passengers alot faster then they can walk. How fun. Getting left at the bus stop because he whizzed by on the wrong side of the road. Very difficult when you have an injury and they decide to close instead of picking you back up.
