I've been riding the Tyler transit for a very long time. And this is by far the worst move they could have ever done by turning into a micro transit. I've heard people losing their jobs because of the buses are late multiple times just within this week alone.I book a bus and it says it's 15 minutes away as soon as I get to the bus stop. It's just pulling up and I have had bus drivers.Tell me not to go about what the app says.Because it's never correct.
$2 a day is a win!
Great service
The transit driver harassing people exercising their first amendment rights while IN A TRANSIT VEHICLE is appalling. Additionally, the erratic driving to do said harassment should be addressed by the City of Tyler immediately, and evidence submitted if they have a CDL.
By far the dumbest bus system I've experienced from Maine to California. The system doesn't work properly and if you call and schedule a ride say 2 mins before the bus shows up you , your name doesn't go through the system fast enough and the bus pulls off empty... Make it make sense. Meanwhile the majority of people I speak with at bus stops are late like me getting to where they need to go. Is this bus system set up for the poor or the rich?
