I am beyond appalled by the lack of professionalism I experienced today. I called to resolve an issue, only to be met with an employee who was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unable to handle a professional conversation. Nice professional people in utilities. Security guard was also helpful and kind.
Absolutely unacceptable service. Our water was shut off due to a mistake made by this company, even though our account is in good standing. When we called, they admitted they disconnected the wrong account yet we have still been left without water for nearly 48 hours. This is more than an inconvenience. We have a baby in the home, and being without water this long due to your error is unacceptable and irresponsible.
