We just moved in to a new house and they told us the water would be turned on by Monday, so we call Monday to see if anyone’s coming they tell us some can come tomorrow (Tuesday) and turn it on between the hours of 8-5. We call again at 4pm they say they will send someone at 6pm. Well it’s 7pm now and we’re almost 48hrs without water, we have a two children in our house, and it’s 100 degrees outside! Horrible application process and the “customer service” department is even worse.
Went in person on Monday to start my water and they said it would be on the next day, it’s Wednesday and they keep telling me that it will be on even though it’s almost the end of the work day. I called in asking about it and got hung up on twice. Because of the circumstances I wasn’t able to do it earlier and I’m living here with no water and getting no help.
They don't care about the people. You sit on the line waiting for your call to be answered and then when it is they hang up, send you to voicemail, or mute themselves and leave you on the line.
