Today I was at Santee Lakes enjoying the toddler playground with the kids that I was with. There wasn't that many other kids there. At 10:00 Santee Parks and Rec came to the toddler playground with about 30 kids. Yes everyone should have access to public parks however this is the cross between kids and Junior campers so nobody was a toddler. This park is very nice. There's many things to do and this park has a lot of space and is very pretty. There's a small park area for smaller children that's fenced in, and a another park play area for the bigger children, as well as swings for all ages. There's also a small skate park that seems nice, as well as a baseball field and lots of grass. There's also lots of space to sit, a whole gazebo area with about 18 picnic tables & grills to cook.
