Not for the first time I'm sitting here waiting for the trolley. It is supposed to run until 10 or 10:30 on Fridays, haven't seen it since 6:00. It is now 7:45 pm. It has no consistent route as it shows in the app or online or the Sanford government page, it is not at all what it says it is. In the past when I've been at a marked designated trolley stop it just goes by and the driver shakes his finger. I usually end up calling scout and that's no picnic. scout is up until now worse than the trolley. Bring back Lynx. Everybod... read more

Inconsistent and costly. This free trolley cost me over $20 Uber ride to the Sunrail a station because the driver past the pick up spot 14 minutes before the pick up time!!! On Friday May 1st at 4pm the Trolley driver dropped us off at the Sanford Marina. We told him we will take the trolley back to the Sunrail station before the 7pm train. He told us he will arrive at 6:10 pm at the corner of E.Seminole Blvd and N. Palmetto Ave. The driver showed us the intersection before taking us to the Marina and showed us the broken si... read more

Oh my goodness! Talk about genius, Stanford’s free trolley from Amtrak’s Auto Train is a lovely service. I enjoyed our driver who was extreme informative and kind to share his knowledge about what to do while enjoying the very fun vibe of downtown Sanford (the town hall also offers free lockers so you can move around unencumbered.) You might consider arriving extra early to Autotrain to give you more than enough to eat lunch, browse, and explore. The Yardery is a delightful spot open air restaurant about 5 blocks away, I tot... read more

Itook the sandford free trolley with my young children, expecting a fun, family-friendly ride. Instead, it turned into one of the most uncomfortable and disturbing experiences we've had. The driver made several derogatory and inappropriate comments directed at me in front of my kids. At one point, he offered me his THC vape pen, which was completely unprofessional and illegal in a public/family setting with children present. Throughout the ride, he was rude and made nasty remarks targeting people of various races—but noticea... read more

Our Family of five decided to visit local places for spring break. We arrived via Sunrail. Our ride to downtown to Ft. Mellon park was fine. We confirmed with our driver the pick up times to head back to Sunrail station to catch the 6:56 pm Sunrail back home. After the park, river walk and dinner we headed over to Magnolia square at 6 pm. We stood where the driver told us with another family. The driver never came. We waited an hour and a half and no trolley. We missed our 6:56 pm southbound sunrail and the last one was at 8... read more
