I don’t understand Why will they make you fill out paper at front ? I don’t think the receptionist need to know about my private stuff, it will be good if the nurse ask you about private stuff while you are in consultation.

Everyone who works here is so compassionate and kind and supportive and I cannot thank them enough for helping/caring for me at a time I don’t have health insurance. Amazing staff
I had to come here to get my Hepatitis tests done for my job at Society Assets. They were very professional and confidential when dealing with my information. I also came in for my 4 yr test. Been getting tests done since I was 14. They have always been forthcoming with information. So I thank them for everything!
