Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience:- I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with the City of Port Arthur, TX Health Department while trying to renew my permit. On 12/17/2025, I visited the office to renew my permit for the upcoming year. An associate named Nathaniel Collinsassisted me. Long wait time why they just talk an laugh we waited over 2 hrs for vaccine wasn’t even busy
Above average care and staff
A very nice security gaurd directed us exactly where we needed to go for a birth certificate copy and the staff were very friendly and helpful I was in and out in 10 minutes! The building was also very clean and smelled like flowers which was a pleasant surprise for a government building!
