I was pleasantly surprised at the new building as I haven’t been to the Health Department since 2020. I went today to get my daughter an immunization for college and the staff was very friendly and professional. Only one family was there so the wait wasn’t too bad. Love the garden in the back. Nice. 🤗

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience:- I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with the City of Port Arthur, TX Health Department while trying to renew my permit. On 12/17/2025, I visited the office to renew my permit for the upcoming year. An associate named Nathaniel Collinsassisted me.
