Spoke w/Charlotte 5/14 @ 12:08 pm...not super friendly and referred me "several" times to the GIS website (which equates to, "I'm paid to do this but look it up yourself.") Told to call "Code Enforcement" to resolve my problem: she clearly wasn't listening bcuz I indicated that I'd already called Code Enforcement at the beginning of the call. Good customer service is obviously a thing of the past and you get paid good money by the City of Peoria whether you do a good job or not.
