They took excellent care of my 6 year old cat and she, despite being a very anxious cat, was apparently very good with the staff, which tells me they treated my animal with care and kindness. For people who are wary of the strict no scent policy, I would recommend showering the night BEFORE and if you need to clean your pet's carrier with any product, do it well in advance so the scent has time to dissipate.
