Today I had to clean up the mess the driver caused by spilling trash around my driveway after knocking the bin over. And instead of getting out of the cab to fix it, he tried to upright the bin using the automated claws which only made it worse. And then after spilling the trash just drove away. Also, after looking at my camera footage to understand what happened, I see the driver collected recycling AND trash in the same truck. That just doesn't seem right at all!
Called as my bin was missing after trash pick up. The woman in quality control was so professional and kind.
Horrible, they leave the bins in the street, and leave trash on the floor couldn’t even take a cardboard box!
