Loved this practice prior to becoming a part of the UNC system on 1/1/23. Here are some of the reasons for 1 star: 1) Billing is a nightmare. Have been receiving a bill being charged in full for a routine exam. My insurance company said that the wrong codes were inputed. I called the practice multiple times and they said there was nothing they could do. It's been one year and no one has helped me resolve this issue. 2) Communication breakdown and hard to get a hold of when you need them - I had my stitches re-open and a rupt... read more
I guess they don’t believe in answering the phone here. Tried to call several time on different days.
This practice was 5 stars before the change made 1/1/23. Since then I have not been able to get through to an actual person in order to schedule an appointment, have left multiple messages, and never received a call back even when I called on separate occasions with a question for the nurse. I'm having to leave the practice so that I can be established in a group that I can get in touch with and I am dropping the stars on my review due to the current state of the practice.
