As part of a home closing, the prior owners hired Brad to correct a handful of issues found during inspection. These included exterior wood repairs and painting to areas where the paint had bubbled or peeled from the most recent painting. We were informed by the homesellers that Brad said he was unable to complete any of the repairs related to wood damage and all the painting work because of the recent rains ahead of the house closing.
