Very disappointed with the City of Mission Texas Sanitation Department. On Saturday, May 16, we went to dispose of trash after calling the day before to confirm what documents were needed. We were specifically told to bring a utility bill and driver’s license to verify our Mission residence. However, when we arrived, Mr. Gilberto Salinas was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional from the start. Atleast once a week they don't pick up my garbage. I've called several times. They still miss one of the 2 days. Usually Saturday they forget.
Horrible service from Roel Mendiola. Excuses after excuses. His workers have no idea what they are doing. Bad leadership. Seems the guy is just sitting at his desk raking in the money for doing nothing. What a bum. Need to get someone who knows their stuff
