I've had city of mesa wellness center for years. And they just discontinued, my medical care because of misappointments, which most of those appointments, like 8 or 9 of them, was because I was in a mental hospital, receiving mental health help. And they're not understanding very rude, very disrespectful. My fiancé wanted to be in the room with me 1 day and they refused to let him back, even though my doctor said he could be back there. My first visit to the "new" Wellness Center and was pleasantly surprised to find it filled with such amazing people that just want to be helpful. Lisa and Stephanie are both amazing at their jobs with fantastic personalities. It’s rare that you find someone that really enjoys their job and here I found two in one place. 5 Stars for both of them !! Dr. Pinzon is very organized and very thorough, appreciated his "not rushed" appointment.
It use to be a place that was very efficient with appointments. Unfortunately with my recent appointments it has taken almost a month to see a provider (nurse or Dr.). I have been going to Mesa Wellness since it opened back in 2015. I believe the name also changed but anyway I wonder if it's even worth the drive from Queen Creek anymore. I don't know what the situation is there but it is not the same any more. I'm wonder if the place is going to open much longer.
I don’t really like doctors but we have always had a good experience here. Today the staff was very kind and I was feeling very low- I’m tired of illness. They made me feel better and gave me hope. Thank you.
